Studio Guidelines
Welcome to City Vibe Studios. To ensure a productive and safe environment for all artists, we ask that you adhere to the following professional standards during your creative sessions.
Equipment Handling
- Use all studio gear with care; internal settings should not be altered.
- Report any equipment malfunctions immediately to staff.
- Do not remove any equipment from its designated room.
Setup & Conduct
- Setup time must be included within your booked studio block.
- Keep noise levels professional in common areas.
- No smoking or illegal substances are permitted on the premises.
Cleanup & Damages
- Rooms must be returned to their original state by the end of your session.
- Renters are liable for any damage to studio property or gear.
- Remove all trash and personal items upon departure.
Payment & Cancellation
Booking & Payment
All sessions must be booked and paid in full via our online system. We accept all major credit cards. Your time slot is only secured once the transaction is complete. For multi-day rentals, please contact us for custom billing arrangements.
Cancellations
We understand plans change. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations within 24-48 hours are eligible for studio credit. No-shows or cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.
Rescheduling & Refunds
One rescheduling requests is permitted per booking if made 48 hours prior to the session. Subsequent changes may incur a $25 fee. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Safety & Liability
Your safety and the integrity of our equipment are our top priorities. City Vibe Studios is a professional environment where mutual respect and care are mandatory.
- Equipment Handling: Renters must demonstrate knowledge of gear or hire one of our techs. All damages are the renter's financial responsibility.
- Liability Limits: City Vibe Studios is not liable for personal injury or loss of personal property during the rental period.
- Safety Protocols: No smoking, fire hazards, or illegal substances are permitted on premises at any time.
- Emergency Access: Staff members reserve the right to enter studios at any time in case of emergencies or perceived violations.
